Depuis plusieurs mois les élèves de 6ième du collège Cheverus de Bordeaux, sous la houlette de leur professeur de sciences nat (SVT), mademoiselle Johanna, avaient fait germer des pignons de nos chers pins parasols.
Et ce mardi 24 juin 2008 était le jour fixé pour les planter sur la parcelle de Naujac sur Mer qui nous est actuellement dévolue. Au cours du pique-nique pris sur place, dans la bonne humeur et dans les ajoncs, le Président Simone s’est fendu d’un petit topo explicatif sur la technique, enfouissement, paillage, mise place de la jupe de protection, repaillage, filet anti-chevreuils. La classe a été ensuite répartie en deux groupes qui ont alternativement planté et constitué un herbier collectif.
Tout était donc merveilleux.
A l’heure du départ les affaires se sont un peu compliquées. En effet, au sortir de la piste de la forêt, le car a légèrement dérapé et s’est retrouvé une roue sans appui dans le fossé. Planté, lui aussi, en somme.
Quatre heures plus tard les collégiens, secourus par monsieur Laoué, toujours sur la brèche, la municipalité de Naujac sur Mer, le car de la commune, et enfin le car dépêché en remplacement par la compagnie André (tombé lui-aussi en panne par faute d’un gicleur bouché), retrouvaient leurs parents place Gambetta, ivres de grand air et de bons souvenirs.
